My hair is dry and damaged..?

my hair is really damaged from straightening it every day. i always use heat protection spray and if i dont straighten my hair, it looks like crap. i tried scrunching my hair to give it a break but my hair doesnt get curly. is there anything i can use to bring my hair back to life???

Ok... im not 100% sure that this works but i was watching a hair show on tv and it said if u have dry or damaged hair to soak it in veggy oil ( weird i know ) and then rinse it out!! so yeah...
