and I would really like to grow out my almost shoulder length hair. Now I know that longer hair does not really suit someone with a long, narrow face, but plenty of stylists have told me it can be done, but has to be done just right. What I need are some pics similar to the one I have posted that will look best for a long face. Thanks for your help!

Um I have a long, narrow face and I have my hair down to the middle of my back, cut in layers with whispy bangs....it looks very cute, everyone likes it....and the bangs help with longer faces!!! let it grow it......
Reply:A wedge hairstyle is a good idea. Use bangs to cover your forehead and thus make your face look less long. You need some fullness at the sides to make it look wider. Use curls or soft waves. Layered haircuts work well with this face shape.
